The quality of foundation treatment shall meet the requirements of rust removal quality grade of antirust materials and structures. In GB / t8923 standard "surface rust grade and rust removal grade of steel before coating", the quality grade of spray rust removal is divided into mild rust removal (SAL), thorough rust removal (SA2) and very thorough rust removal. There are four types of spray rust removal (sa2%) and spray rust removal (Sa3) to clean the steel surface. The quality level of tool derusting is divided into manual derusting and electric tool derusting (ST2) and very thorough manual and electric derusting (ST3).
2。 PPH anticorrosive pipeline construction
At present, there are many kinds of anti-corrosion materials. Different materials are suitable for different working conditions. They must be selected according to the material types required by the design.
In rainy, snowy, windy and sandy weather and relatively high humidity environment, anti-corrosion construction is not allowed without effective measures.
The anti-corrosion coating of paint type shall be used in layers as specified. When applying each coat of paint, the front coat shall be dry and the coating thickness shall be uniform. There shall be no defects such as flow, wrinkles, pinholes and hollow drums. Protective measures can be taken; During the construction of tape type anti-corrosion coating, the construction temperature shall be strictly controlled, high temperature heating is strictly prohibited, the overlapping width shall meet the standard provisions or design requirements, and the construction sequence shall meet the requirements of the manufacturer.
